California authorities are searching for a 24-year-old man and a white 2002 Ford Explorer in connection to the fatal stabbing of a woman and wounding of a child.
Police are looking for Bernardo Castillo, who is related to both victims. He is wanted for questioning.
The two victims were found Tuesday in a Placerville-area home. A woman was found dead with stab wounds and a 4-year-old was found injured with stab wounds.
The 4-year-old's condition was unknown as of Tuesday night.
