4 Arrested After Home Invasion, Assault in San Jose: Police

San Jose police arrested two men and two teens after they allegedly broke into a home, assaulted someone, ransacked the place and stole some money before running off.

Officer Albert Morales said the home invasion was reported just before 7:30 p.m. on Thursday in the 1500 block of Harvest Drive.

Police say that’s when four suspects entered the home and at least one pulled out a gun and “physically assaulted” someone before taking the cash.

Police were able to arrest two suspects at the home, and catch two others after they jumped over a back fence. Police found those two hiding in a garage nearby

Morales said two 17-year-old were booked into Juvenile Hall and two men were booked into the County Jail.
