A power outage in Palo Alto prompted over 1,100 customers to lose power Sunday morning, announced Palo Alto utilities officials.
The outage was first reported at 8:19 a.m. Affected areas include Meadow Park, Charleston Village and Charleston Gardens.
Palo Alto police shared on social media that a car collision into a pole appears to have caused the issue.
Crews are expected to restore power in the area by 1 p.m.
