Five people have been detained after a report that shots were fired Monday evening on the platform of the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station, BART officials said.
No one was injured but as of 7:04 p.m. the station remained closed for an investigation.
Also, a major delay exists on the Antioch line in the Antioch and San Francisco International Airport directions due to the police activity.
