SF Student Missing in DC

A San Francisco student is missing from his Washington D.C. college.

Police are searching for 24-year old James Duncan III who attends Howard University.

He was last seen two weeks ago at around 4pm in the  2200 block of Sherman Avenue Northwest in Washington D.C..

His grandmother reported him missing a week ago, according to police.

Police have Duncan's Toyota Camry.

Nothing inside the car indicates any evidence of a crime.

A Howard University spokeswoman says the relative who initially contacted university police said Duncan usually kept in touch and it was unusual that they had not heard from him in a few days.

Investigators say Howard's family is cooperating.

Duncan is a sophomore studying nursing.

He is described as a black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall,  weighing about 165 pounds with black hair that is cut in a low Afro.

He has  brown eyes and has dimples when he smiles, but may have grown a beard since he was last seen.

The case is being investigated as a Critical Missing Persons case.
