The San Francisco Fire Department is reporting "heavy water flow" down Folsom Street from a broken water main in the area of Harrison and Second streets.
The break was reported about 10:15 p.m. and the public is advised to avoid the area. The San Francisco Water Department has been dispatched and police are directing traffic.
