San Jose Sharks tickets went on sale today, but instead of a line around the building to buy tickets at the box office, there was just a short wait--perhaps a sign that more people are buying them online.
Whatever the case, fans said they are ready for a great upcoming season.
"Still waiting for that Stanley Cup, man," Sharks fan John Orr said. "I don't know...I think I'll be waiting a long time, but they're a great team. They're really energetic, and they're fun to watch."
The Sharks start the regular season on October 3 at home against Vancouver, the team they eliminated from the playoffs last year.
