Buildings at a San Mateo office park were evacuated Thursday afternoon while police investigated a suspicious package addressed to Rep. Jackie Speier.
The office park is located on the 100 block of Bovet Road.
A San Mateo County bomb squad responded to the scene and later determined the package did not contain anything dangerous.
The office complexes were re-populated following the investigation.
