SF Restaurant Owner Disappears in Hawaii

Bacco Ristorante owner was spear fishing

Authorities in Hawaii have ended the search for a San Francisco restaurant owner who disappeared while spear-fishing during the weekend.

Paolo Dominici was last seen Saturday when he and a friend went into calm waters off of Kailua-Kona.

Though search crews recovered Dominici's mask, snorkel and other equipment, a fire department official says they haven't found any other signs of Dominici.

Dominici is the owner of Bacco Ristorante, a popular restaurant that's been in business since 1993.

He was vacationing in Hawaii with his wife and daughter.
