Solano Restaurant Inspection Reports Hit the Web

Grocery stores, bars, convenience stores included

Solano County residents will be able to get recent inspection reports about restaurants, grocery stores, bars and convenience stores online starting Monday.

The two most recent inspection reports will be on the county's Web site and will contain the name and address of the business, whether the inspection was routine or follow-up, any code violations observed and the  correction action required.

The initial posting will include retroactive data for the last two years that is kept by the county's Environmental Health Division.

If a violation was corrected, the follow-up inspection showing the correction will appear first followed by the routine inspection where the violation was discovered.

There are 1,300 food establishments in the county.
