South Bay Man Accused of Flashing

A Gilroy man on parole for felony indecent exposure was arrested  Wednesday after police say he flashed a woman in a public place last week.

Police reported that on March 11 at about 7:40 p.m., a female  victim said she was sitting a table in a business in the 1200 block of First  Street when Martin Kemmeries, 29, exposed himself from an adjacent table and  immediately fled, according to the Gilroy Police Department.

Kemmeries was allegedly caught in the act by a video surveillance  camera, which investigators used to confirm the suspect's identity, according  to police.

Kemmeries was on parole with the California Department of  Corrections and Rehabilitation for felony indecent exposure, police reported,  and was arrested for the same crime and for violating parole at his home in  the 1100 block of Driftwood Terrace.
