A VTA light-rail train car "slipped off" a crossover track in San Jose on Monday, the transit agency said.
The train car came off the track as the train was attempting to switch directions from southbound to northbound at the Capitol station, VTA said.

WATCH HEREPassengers were on the train at the time of the incident, VTA said. No one was injured.
