Stolen Facebook Images End Up on Porn Site

A group of Massachusetts high school students is fighting back after some unwanted attention. And the group has Facebook to blame.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the case of 17 students from the Bay Path Technical Vocational Regional High School in Charlton, Ma., who say their public Facebook pictures were taken and posted on a pornographic website.

All the pictures of the girls were of them fully clothed but the investigators are still calling it a disturbing discovery, according to New England Cable News.

School officials learned of the identity theft and informed the students.

"This was probably one of the most uncomfortable conversations I've ever had to have," Dean of Students Mary Jane Rickson told the station. "Especially with telling some of the girls who didn't know that they were on the actual website. They were very upset."

The images were posted with the name and school of the girls. Some of the girls whose images were taken were as young as 14.

The site also featured separate images of child pornography. Investigators said the case was not an isolated case.
