More jobs and increased congestion are headed to the South Bay as developers broke ground on a 500,000-square-foot office park Monday.
The office space, which is going to be located in North San Jose along Great America Parkway, is expected to bring in 1,800 jobs.
North San Jose has become a viable location for tech companies as space along the peninsula and San Francisco dries up.
City leaders are working to increase public transportation in the area to accommodate for the increased traffic.
