'I Am Lucky Nobody Got Hurt': Tesla Slams Into Lafayette Dry-Cleaning Business

A Tesla slammed into a dry-cleaning business in Lafayette Wednesday morning.

The owner of Marshall Steel Cleaners said the crash could have been worse and is grateful no one was hurt.

Surveillance cameras captured the impact, showing the brand new car smashing into the pressing station and filling the room up with steam.

Owner David Kim said the Tesla crashed into an area where a worker should have been pressing shirts, but luckily the employee was running late.

"It's a bad situation, but I am lucky nobody got hurt," Kim said.
