The Winklevii Give Up Facebook Fight

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have decided they can live with the settlement they got from Facebook, and finally stop whining about who created the network.

The twins, who have been trying to get more money out of the Social Network, said Wednesday, that after "careful consideration," they decided not to seek Supreme Court review, a Reuters story reported.

Facebook, in a statement, said: "We've considered this case closed for a long time, and we're pleased to see the other party now agrees."

Analysts estimate Facebook could be wroth $70 billion or more, and more if it goes public, which could happen as early as 2012.

The Winklevii did not state a reason for their change of heart.
