Tripod Puppy Needs a Home

A nine-month old Pit Bull Terrier mix named Jay is available for adoption at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA (PHS/SPCA). A police officer found the sweet, but injured pup off Valley drive in Brisbane. Jay suffered from multiple fractions in his rear leg and to save his life, the limb was surgically amputated. Now, he is recovered and placed for adoption at PHS/SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion in Burlingame. Despite Jay's disability, the puppy is lively, playful, agile and still very sweet.
Jay is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.  His adoption fee is $120.
