The Richmond San Rafael bridge toll plaza became a crime scene Tuesday evening after a man opened fire killing two workers.
This is Debbie Ross, the woman who was shot and killed while working inside a toll booth on the Richmond San Rafael Bridge.
Police say her boyfriend is the man who pulled the trigger.
