West Valley College in Saratoga Re-Opens After Suspicious Person Reported

West Valley College in Saratoga re-opened Wednesday morning after someone reported a possible suspicious person on campus with a gun.

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office was assisting to the incident, that was reported at 7:21 a.m. The college tweeted out that police gave the "all clear" and the campus was open about 9:30 a.m.

Campus spokesman Scott Ludwig said that a female student called the campus saying she saw a man with a gun on campus, but police swept the campus and ended up deeming it a false alarm.
