So it should come as no surprise when his name as floated as the brains behind a mysterious cheese cart scheduled to make its debut in Union Square this Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A little birdie chirped to SFoodie that the colorful Olympic star will be vending cheese inspired dishes for the latest episode of his Food Network show "What Would Brian Boitano Make?"
If Boitano's approach to cheese is anything like his take on bacon, hungry shoppers could be in for a curious treat.
