A winning California State Lottery SuperLOTTO Plus ticket worth $35 million was purchased from a store in Newark Saturday night, according to lottery officials.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lion Food Center at 39055 Cedar Blvd., according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers on the ticket are 8, 18, 21, 41, 46, and the Mega number is 24. Two other tickets bought in California matched five of the six winning numbers and are each worth $42,723, according to lottery officials.
Lottery officials are reminding winners to sign the backs of their tickets, keep them in a safe place and claim the prize as soon as possible.
Tickets worth $600 or more cannot be redeemed at the retailer, and players must submit their ticket and a claim form, either by mail to Lottery headquarters or in person at any lottery district office.
Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes.
