28-Year-Old ID'd as Woman Who Died in San Francisco Fire

A woman who died in a house fire early Tuesday morning in San Francisco's Inner Sunset neighborhood has been identified as 28-year-old Kelsey O'Leary, according to the city's medical examiner's office.

Firefighters initially responded to the blaze, located in the 1300 block of Funston Avenue, around 3:30 a.m. and were able to contain it within about 30 minutes.

O'Leary, a San Francisco resident, was pronounced dead at the scene. A man was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, fire officials said.

The blaze displaced six residents, including a child, according to fire officials.

The cause for the fire remains under investigation.
