Young Warriors Fan Shares Nachos with Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant is quickly becoming a fan favorite in the Bay Area.

Video posted on Instagram shows the newest Golden State Warriors star sharing what is an unforgettable moment for one young fan attending the team's open practice late Wednesday.

Ronnie Holley's son, Khalil, was checking out the practice at Oracle Arena with nachos in hand when Durant leaned over across the scorer's table and asked, "Did you double dip?"

Khalil shook his head no and the NBA All Star proceeded to grab a chip, dip it into the fan's cheese sauce and eat it.

The moment was captured on video by Holley, who posted it on Instagram late Wednesday. The video has since gone viral, having been viewed more than 60,000 times and re-posted countless of times online.

The 7-year-old student from Turner Elementary in Antioch said Durant apparently got hungry "because when I was eating my nachos, he heard me eating them."

Khalil said his grandmother got him and his family tickets to watch the Warriors practice because of his good grades.

The moment shared with Durant is something Khalil will never forget.

"My son is on cloud 9 right now," Holley wrote in an Instagram post following the encounter.

Holley in an interview with NBC Bay Area on Thursday said the encounter was surreal.

"What you don't see on camera is my wife tears up," he said. "I kind of hold my breath -- a shock and in awe moment. My daughters are frozen in time."
