A young boy has been dubbed "the miracle baby" after surviving an 11-story fall from a Minneapolis high-rise, NBC News reported. Relatives of the 15-month-old believe he managed to fall through the railing of his family's apartment balcony Sunday evening, before tumbling dozens of feet onto a small patch of mulch below. He was in critical but stable condition Wednesday, according to a Hennepin County Medical Center spokeswoman. His injuries include a broken spine and ribs, a concussion, and a punctured lung.
