Police in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, said 41 people were arrested following an "out of control" house party early Sunday morning.

Officers responding to the home in the 100 block of Maple Ave. around 1 a.m. said they saw a large group of college-aged people surrounding the home and could hear yelling and glass breaking inside.

After entering the home, police said they identified many party-goers to be younger than 21. Several fled through windows on the first floor.

Police ultimately arrested 41 people at the home. Charges vary and include being a minor in possession of alcohol, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

Among the 41 arrested are two residents of the home: Juan Perez, 21, of Everett, and Andrew Jucket, 21, of Bridgewater.

Both were charged with keeping a disorderly house, disturbing the peace, furnishing alcohol to a person under 21 and obstruction of justice. It wasn't immediately known if they had hired attorneys.

Jucket was the only one who appeared in court Monday morning.

Police said all suspects will be arraigned this week in Brockton District Court.

Meanwhile, authorities have since deemed the home on Maple Avenue unsafe, including an attic bedroom not up to code, furniture blocking exits, structural issues on a rear deck and no smoke or CO2 detectors.
