Police: Teens Use Lost Credit Card for Movie Tickets, Photo Booth

A group of teens who used a woman's missing credit card to buy movie tickets and pictures at a photo booth left a telling trail of evidence, according to police.

Michelle Crislip reported her credit card missing June 6 at a Coldstone Creamery in the Crofton area of Anne Arundel County,  Md.

Records showed the card was used the day before at a Regal Movie Theater. Surveillance video shows a group of teens buying tickets for a movie with the card.

"They said they used it to buy four tickets to "The Purge," large sodas and popcorn," Crisplip told News4.

They then paid for a photo booth using the card as well. One can be seen holding up a credit card in one of the photos.

"I can't  believe they were so blase... showing off using the card," Crislip said.

In total, the teens spent $15 at the booth and $57.75 at Regal Movie Theater.

The group left the photos and the credit card behind, police said.

"I guess they took too many [photos] and someone found them and called police," Crislip said.
