Police Uncover Pot Operation During Easter Egg Hunt in Washington State

The marijuana had an estimated street value of $202,000

Sheriff’s deputies in a suburban Washington town discovered a large-scale unlicensed marijuana operation, NBC News reported.

A man interrupted an Easter egg hunt announcing his roommates were trying to shoot him.

Deputies seized 45 pounds of marijuana, with an estimated street value of $202,000. Officers also seized cash and four vehicles.

The operation was headquartered in Salmon Creek, Washington, just north of the Oregon state line, according to a Facebook post by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Three men were taken into custody.
