Still No Winner: Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $550 Million

No winners emerged Wednesday night after numbers for the Powerball jackpot were drawn, pushing the next jackpot to $550 million.

The numbers drawn were: 42, 39, 18, 2 and 37. The Powerball number was 12 and the multiplier was 3.

A leopard was saved from drowning after local rescuers managed to pull it out of a 30-foot well in Maharashtra, India.

The odds of winning are one in 292.2 million.

It's the biggest Powerball jackpot since a $758.7 million prize won last August.

The $460 million prize refers to the annuity option, paid over 29 years. The cash prize would be $291 million.

Lottery players also can vie for another giant prize, as the Mega Millions game's grand prize will be $418 million in Friday's drawing.

José Nolla Marrero, 17, created E-Farm to help farmers in Puerto Rico sell more of their products throughout the island. Development on Marrero's online tool came to a halt after Hurricane Maria. A year later, Marrero and the farmers are getting a second shot at making the island more sustainable.
