A 55-year-old Kalispell, Mont., man was killed in a car wreck southwest of Whitefish while chasing his wife in another vehicle.
Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry says Bruce Eugene Boles had been arguing with his wife Wednesday afternoon when she drove off. Curry says Boles got in another vehicle and began to chase her.
Curry says at one point during the "mobile domestic violence event" the two vehicles made contact with each other. Boles' vehicle eventually went off the road and rolled about 2:30 p.m. He was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
Curry says he did not believe Boles' wife contributed to the crash, which is still under investigation
