Glassdoor collected employee feedback over the past year to compile a list of 25 jobs that offer the best balance between work and personal life.
"Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is tough in today’s work environment, but some jobs allow for more flexibility than others," Glassdoor said in the study.
Data scientists, SEO managers, and talent acquisition specialists are the ones that most easily allow for work-life balance.
The role of data scientist appears again as the highest paying job on the list with an annual salary of $114,080. The other highest paying jobs among the top 25 are: solutions engineer ($92,456), UX designer ($91, 440) and software QA engineer ($91,440).
The jobs with the most openings on this list are: software developer, web developer and data analyst.
Even with a job that makes Glassdoor’s top 25, work-life balance itself may be "on the decline," the company said.
Employees in 2015 are reporting less work-life balance satisfaction than they did in 2009. Over the past six years Glassdoor found that average satisfaction dropped from 3.5 to 3.2 on a 5 point scale, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 5 very satisfied.
