A turkey crashed through a delivery truck's windshield on I-93 in Massachusetts Wednesday morning.
Pedro Dunbar, the truck driver, was able to safely pull over to the side of the road. He was in Andover headed to Woburn in a Boston Salad delivery truck.
Damian Zofchak, who works for Boston Salad, tells necn Dunbar was not injuried and no other vehicles were involved.
Zofchak says the driver opened the passenger side door of the truck and the turkey walked out, went into the woods, and collapsed.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a happy ending for the bird. It died a short time later.
