2 Members of 'Jihadi John' ISIS Cell Identified

Two members of the ISIS terror cell that was led by "Jihadi John" have been identified as radicalized Muslims from London, according to NBC's U.K. partner ITV News.

Alexe Kotey and Aine Davis were part of a terror cell known as "The Beatles," dubbed on the account of their British accents.

The group, with Mohmmed "Jihadi John" Emwazi in charge, were responsible for kidnappings and propaganda videos, including the video showing the beheading of American hostage James Foley.

Like Emwazi — who was killed in a drone strike — Kotey and Davis appeared to have had relatively normal upbringing in the west London suburb of Ladbroke Gove, where a number of other known terrorists also grew up.
