Drunken Man Enters Wrong House and Bed: Cops

A Stratford man ended a night of drinking by wandering into a neighbor's home, stripping off his clothes and falling asleep in a 6-year-old's bed, police said.

Early Sunday, the 6-year-old woke up and told his parents that a man was asleep in his bed.

That man was Teddy Brisseaux, 26, who lives a block away, police said. When police arrived, the residents were screaming for help from a second-floor window.

Brisseaux's clothes, which smelled of urine and alcohol, had been dropped on the floor, police said.

Brisseaux said he’d been drinking but denied he was in the wrong house, police said.

He was charged with burglary and disorderly conduct, released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 1.
