Federal prosecutors have recommended that charges be filed against former CIA director David Petraeus for mishandling classified information, federal officials said, NBC News reported. No charges have been filed and it's up to Attorney General Eric Holder to decide whether the case built by prosecutors merits going to court. Petraeus, a retired four-star general who was once America's top man in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, supposedly gave classified information to his mistress. He acknowledged the affair and stepped down in 2012 after leading the CIA for about a year.
