A 17-year-old boy is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting two teenage girls he met at a Long Beach high school, police said Friday.

The boy, whose name was withheld because of his age, was arrested on Tuesday, according to the Long Beach Police Department. The teen was booked on suspicion of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a minor and is being held at the Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall in Downey.

The separate attacks were reported by the girls to have occurred over the last few years at the suspect's residence, police said.

The suspect met the girls, who are 16 and 17 years old, on the campus of Wilson High School and brought them to his home, where he drugged and sexually assaulted them, police allege.

"Following the assault, the suspect would transport the victims back to their residence using a ride share app," according to a police statement.

"Detectives believe additional victims may exist and are strongly encouraging anyone who may have been victimized to come forward."
