A 6.0 magnitude earthquake struck off Mexico's Pacific coast on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, according to Reuters. Emergency services in Chiapas state were inspecting the area but there were no reports of damage, a spokesman said. The quake had a depth of 22 miles and was concentrated about 18 miles southwest of Suchiate in the southern state of Chiapas, near the border with Guatemala, the USGS said. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center did not immediately issue a tsunami warning.
