Amanda Knox's Lawyer: “There Is No New Evidence”

A day after an Italian court's contention that Amanda Knox slit her British roommate's throat, her U.S. attorney, Theodore Simon, said "There is no new evidence," that she was involved in the 2007 murder. The Florence court that convicted Knox of the killing of Meredith Kercher released a 337-page explanation Tuesday for its decision to reinstate guilty verdicts against her and her former boyfriend in January.
