A Massachusetts teen accused of raping and murdering his teacher last year was indicted Wednesday on new charges in a different assault, New England Cable News reported. Prosecutors say Philip Chism, 15, assaulted a 29-year-old female staff member at the Metro Youth Services facility in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Chism previously pleaded not guilty to raping and murdering his teacher, Colleen Ritzer, at Danvers High school in October of 2013.
