Scandal-Hit Frat Hires Timothy McVeigh's Lawyer: Report

The local University of Oklahoma chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, disbanded after a video showed members singing a racist chant, has reportedly hired high-profile attorney Stephen Jones. Jones, who represented Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, told NBC station KFOR that his clients are unhappy with the decision to have their chapter closed by University of Oklahoma President President David Boren. They plan legal action against the college. NBC News was not able to immediately independently confirm Jones' hiring.
