Steve Harvey Grills Jimmy Fallon Over Polar Plunge: “Why'd You Do it, Jimmy?”

"The mayor? He needs votes," Harvey said. "You had 11 million people watch you on your opening night. You ain't got to jump in a damn thing."

Comedian Steve Harvey ripped Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" about participating in Chicago's Polar Plunge.

Fallon traveled to the Windy City to join Mayor Rahm Emanuel and over 3,200 Chicagoans in taking a dip into icy Lake Michigan waters on March 2.

"I looked around and I didn't see you there," Fallon said.

"You didn't see any black people there," Harvey replied, causing the crowd to erupt in laughter. "It's not what we do. We've got plenty of issues."

Then, Harvey asked, "Why'd you do it, Jimmy?"

"Well, I got dared by the mayor," Fallon said.

"The mayor? He needs votes," Harvey said. "You had 11 million people watch you on your opening night. You ain't got to jump in a damn thing."

Harvey also dished on drama that occurred when the Honey Boo Boo crew made an appearance on his show "Family Feud."

"Let me tell you what happened before the show started. I've got a monitor in my dressing room and we're 40 minutes delayed I can't understand what's happening cause we've got to tape 6 of these shows in a day and she done sat down on the corner of the stage and she won't do anything," Harvey said. "So I go out there and say 'what's going on?'"

"She sat down and said, 'I can't do any more until I get a bowl of corn'," Harvey said. "Who the hell can't go on without a bowl of corn?"

"They threw the producers into something because they were like where the hell are we going to get a bowl of corn?" Harvey said.
