Suit Prompts Kellogg's to Drop “Natural” Labels

Cereal company Kellogg's will no longer use the labels "All Natural" or "Nothing Artificial" on certain Kashi products following a $5 million law suit, The Associated Press reported. The suit accused Kashi of misleading people by using the phrase "All Natural" or "Nothing Artificial" on products that contained a variety of synthetic and artificial ingredients. The Food and Drug Administration says it doesn't have an official definition for the term "natural," noting that processed foods are "no longer the product of the earth."
