2 Arrested on Terrorism Charges in Canada: Police

Two men were arrested on terrorism-related charges in Canada on Friday, one as he was trying to leave the country to "participate in terrorist activity abroad," police said. Carlos Larmond, 24, was arrested at Montral International Airport, while Ashton Carleton Larmond, also 24, was arrested in Ottawa, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said in a statement. Police did not say where Carlos Larmond was headed or what he allegedly planned to do. Ashton Larmond was charged with facilitating terrorist activity and other charges, police said.
