1 Dead, at Least 3 Injured in Colo. Flooding

One man was killed and at least three injured by the powerful flood waters that swept through Manitou Springs, Colo., on Friday evening, the El Paso County Sheriff's office said. Over the course of about two hours, 1.3 inches of rain fell in the area that was burned over in 2012 by the Waldo Canyon wildfire, according to the National Weather Service. Though forecasts predict that the weekend will likely bring relief from rain in Colorado, storms are expected to continue in the Tennessee Valley for the next 48 hours, forecaster said.
