Wildfires Continue to Ravage Drought-Stricken California

A massive wildfire west of Sacramento, fueled by brittle brush and timber parched by a historic drought, has scorched nearly 60,000 acres and forced nearly 12,000 to evacuate, officials said Monday morning.
