Celebrities React to Kansas City Royals' World Series Win

The Kansas City Royals proved to be a force to be reckoned with as they swept to victory in Game 5 of the World Series.

The team scored five runs in the 12th inning, beating out the New York Mets in a 7 to 2 victory.

It’s the first time the Royals have won the World Series championship since 1985.

Twitter was buzzing with reaction. Politicians took to social media to express their admiration for both teams and to congratulate the Royals on their first win in 30 years.
