Giants' Hunter Pence Spends $4.25 Million on San Francisco Condo

The Millennium Tower is about a 2-mile scooter ride from AT&T Park.

San Francisco Giants outfielder Hunter Pence has three years remaining on his current contract, and he's getting comfortable in the Bay Area.

Pence, who was engaged in December, closed in October on his new $4.25 million condo in San Francisco's tallest residential building, the Millennium Tower, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

Pence's new pad features 2,230 square feet, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and monthly HOA dues of $1,934.

The 32-year-old hit .275 with nine home runs and 40 RBI last year in a season shortened due to injury.
