How To Eat, What to Wear: Raiderette “Etiquette” Handbook Leaked

Raiderettes are poorly-paid but well-behaved.

Just primp, baby -- and do it this way, baby.

The Oakland Raiders' rules for its Raiderette cheerleaders were leaked to the Los Angeles Times -- and boy, are they extensive.

Among the instructions and tips for living and shaking hands well are how to eat at functions if you don't feel like eating, and who not to date -- like Raiders players, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

The handbook on cheerleader etiquette and behavior has become public at the same time a Raiders cheerleader sued the team for working conditions and pay below minimum-wage levels.

In the suit, a former cheerleader says that between mandatory events and practices, pay amounted to less than $5 an hour.
