‘Twas the night before X-Games and athletes, celebrities, and artists were at this years Gold Standard party in Los Angeles to celebrate.
DC athletes such as Ken Block, Chris Doyle, Travis Pastrana, and reality star Rob Dyrdek helped take over downtown Los Angeles this weekend at the X Games celebration. Hip-hop artists such as Clipse, Fabolous, and Peanut Butter Wolf all performed at the hosted hotel party that over 300 industry influencers were in attendance of, including MTV star Audrina Patridge.
For the past 15 years, DC, who partners with Monster Energy, Codemasters’ DiRT 2, New Era, and media partners FUEL TV, and TransWorld Media have put on The Gold Standard as a tribute to athletes of the X Games.
This summer’s X Games 15 will be held in Los Angeles July 30 - August 2. More than 200 of the best action sports including motocross, skateboarding, BMX and rally car racing are set to take place and will be covered live on ESPN’s family of networks.
