San Francisco 49ers player Alex Boone on Friday came face to face with his equally fearsome namesake.
The San Francisco Zoo named its new black rhino "Boone" after the offensive lineman.
The zoo held a naming celebration Friday, complete with kids from the 49ers Foundation.
