The Warriors waived Anderson Varejao on Friday.
The corresponding roster move will reportedly be signing prospect Briante Weber to a 10-day contract.
Golden State hasn't announced anything yet, but Weber sent out the following tweets:

Weber is currently considered the No. 1 prospect in the D-League.
He was named the Player of the Month for January, averaging 21.5 points, 8.3 assists, 6.6 rebounds and 3.6 steals per contest for the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
The 24-year old appeared in six regular season games with Memphis last season, and scored in double figures twice.
He signed with the Heat shortly before the season ended and appeared in two of Miami's playoff games.
Weber played his college ball at Virginia Commonwealth and was on pace to become the NCAA Division I career leader in steals before suffering a torn ACL in January 2015.
